They say pregnancy makes a woman glow. I can’t refute that. But I also think Electra’s glow comes from a deep sense of gratitude from within. Within seconds of meeting her, I knew she’s someone who appreciates the big and small and sees beauty in the ordinary. We walked across a field of dead grass to a relatively small garden of wildflowers. Electra was so amazed and declared we found a “secret garden”. I think it is precisely this sense of wonder and positive attitude that modeled perfect behavior for her children. I have never had an easier time photographing kids than at this session. And they all smiled for the camera, at the same time!
Baby A will be so loved and adored and surrounded with so much happiness! Her older siblings will make such excellent role models and are already showering her with so much affection and kisses. What an adorable, growing family!
Fun fact: The lavender bouquet shown in some photos below were picked from my garden and arranged by my husband. He was very excited to have contributed to my clients’ experience. 🙂 I guess what I’m saying is that while the blooms still last, please feel free to request a floral bouquet for your portrait session. 😛
