I think many family photographers (myself included) believe that family photos mainly exist during toddler years. Pre-teens and teenagers don’t care to be in front of the camera with their family members. Well, I can now put that myth to rest. In November alone, I’ve photographed four families with pre-teens/teens, and they were all engaged and loving their experience! In fact, Amy kindly shared with me that her kids said, “That was fun. I really like her” at the conclusion of our portrait session. You guys!! I won the approval of teenagers! Now, that’s a definite win in my book. 🙂
Enjoy these beautiful images and relish in the fact that teenagers can, too, have fun taking family photos. 🙂
